Landgoed ISVW is a special venue surrounded by greenery, located on the beautiful Den Treek Estate between Leusden and Amersfoort. With 115 hotel rooms, 10 meeting rooms, a restaurant with 140 seats, and various lounges and terraces, we offer plenty of space for inspiring business and private gatherings.

 

For our commercial team, we are looking for an enthusiastic reservations employee who will ensure that every enquiry develops into a successful gathering.

What will you do?

As a Reservations Officer, you are an important point of contact for our guests and relations. You guide the process from initial enquiry to confirmed reservation, ensuring that all agreements are clearly recorded and properly communicated internally. Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Taking, developing and recording group enquiries for our meeting rooms, restaurant and bar, for both the business and private markets;
  • Advising customers and putting together suitable, appealing proposals;
  • Maintaining, developing and optimising relationships;
  • Processing and carefully recording agreements and communicating them to our operational departments;
  • Welcoming guests and providing tours of our estate;
  • Actively contributing ideas on ways to further optimise occupancy and revenue;
  • Identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities and contributing to an optimal guest experience.


Who are you?

You are enthusiastic, professional and a strong communicator. You switch easily between different requests, keep an overview and understand better than anyone how important personal attention is. In addition:

 

  • Are you guest-oriented, accurate and commercially minded;
  • Are you results-oriented and do you see opportunities to further develop relationships and revenue and
  • Do you enjoy building relationships;
  • You are flexible and can switch easily between different tasks;
  • You preferably have training in hospitality and/or experience in a hotel reception, reservations or sales department;
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
