Cancellation terms for (group) reservations

• up to 2 months before the start: no charge
• between 1 and 2 months before the start: 35% of the total cost
• between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total cost
• between 2 weeks and 1 week before the start: 85% of the total cost
• within 1 week before the start: 100% of the total cost
• Up to one week before the start of the meeting, up to 10% of the reserved number of attendees may be cancelled.

Our reservation terms are also subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry. In exceptional circumstances, the ISVW management may deviate from the provisions stated in these terms.

Individual room reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. Please note: the day of arrival starts at 00.00 at night.

All our (business) services are subject to the Uniform Conditions of the Dutch Hospitality Industry.
